From Zero to Launch-Ready Visual System
I crafted the complete visual identity, website, and motion demo for an AI-driven outreach platform, delivering a cohesive launch experience within weeks
Role: Brand and UX Designer
Timeline: September 2025 - November 2025
Overview
Reach+ AI is an AI-driven platform built to help businesses supercharge their outreach through intelligent automation. The founders of Waxwing wanted to spin it off as a standalone brand — one that looked sharp, futuristic, and trustworthy enough to sit in the AI ecosystem while still feeling distinct from Waxwing’s identity.
With only a few weeks to bring it to life, I was responsible for the complete visual direction — from branding and landing page design to a demo video that tied everything together.

The Challenge
This was a purely visual sprint — no research, no wireframes, no extended discovery phase. The challenge lay in translating an abstract concept into a cohesive brand experience that:
Looked modern, credible, and AI-first,
Could be developed quickly,
And incorporated continuous feedback from multiple founders — all under tight time constraints.
Balancing creativity with practicality became the core design problem: how to make something futuristic but still light enough to develop in record time.

Visual Design
1️⃣ Establishing the Visual Identity
With no existing direction, I started by defining a visual system that felt intelligent and forward-focused. I used gradients, dark surfaces, and geometric structures to create depth — reflecting the “AI brain” concept without resorting to clichés.
The logo was designed to feel dynamic and modular, hinting at precision and scalability — qualities integral to an AI-powered product.

2️⃣ Designing the Landing Page
I worked solo on the design using Figma, focusing on three principles:
Clarity: Communicate the product in seconds.
Energy: Use motion, contrast, and bold typography to express innovation.
Ease of Development: Keep layouts modular, sections reusable, and animations achievable in code.
Every section was crafted to guide visitors visually — from hero impact to product credibility — while ensuring developers could move fast.

3️⃣ Demo Video in Motion
Using After Effects, I produced a short demo video to showcase the product’s capabilities. The motion design followed the same design language: sharp transitions, fluid glows, and a sense of “thinking in motion.”
Outcomes
Within weeks, Reach+ AI launched successfully, with the branding and website going live on schedule.
The founders appreciated the cohesiveness and quality achieved despite the speed — the visuals managed to capture exactly what they envisioned for the product: AI-driven, futuristic, and credible.
Reflection
What I loved most about this project was how it tested my ability to design under pressure without sacrificing creativity. It was a reminder that great visual design isn’t just about time or process — it’s about clarity of thought and a strong design instinct.
In a few weeks, I transformed a concept into a living, breathing brand experience — one that feels fast, bold, and distinctly AI.
